From Mexico City, Pancho’s Burritos are on their way to Leeds city centre!
Pancho’s Burritos started on the streets of Mexico City in 2006 by Mexican chef Enrique Martinez. In 2009 Enrique decided to bring the taste of Mexico to England.
As in Mexico City, he started out in the UK selling his food on the streets and catering for parties and music festivals. At one of these festivals he met German born Klaus Bohne who absolutely loved the concept and the food. One week later Enrique and Klaus went into partnership and Pancho’s Burritos UK was born.
Pancho’s Burritos currently operate in Manchester in 2 locations, with Albion Street set to be the third site. Their burrito bars designs reflects a mixture of contemporary and traditional Mexican art. At the same time they also take great care to create an environment which is comfortable and welcoming to all of their customers without ever forgetting the vibrancy of Mexican life.
You’ll find Latin American background music, the aroma of Mexican food and friendly, helpful staff all within this brilliant burrito bar.
The Leeds site has no confirmed launch date yet, but keep an eye on their website HERE to stay totally up to date!
We’ll certainly be keeping a close eye.
